This website is designed to be a useful resource regarding colorectal diseases and procedures for patients and doctors in the Coffs Harbour region. The information contained within this website has been prepared by Dr Sutherland and is of a general nature. It does not take into account an individual's particular circumstances.
Dr Sutherland is the only colorectal surgeon accredited by the Colorectal Surgical Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSSANZ) on the North Coast of New South Wales (between Newcastle and the Gold Coast). In turn the CSSANZ is the only organisation in Australia recognised for training and accreditation of Colorectal specialist surgeons.
